Pros: alignment patterns, durable, super grippy, easy to clean, eco friendly

If you haven’t noticed, alignment is kind of our thing! So we immediately fell in love with this alignment-focused yoga mat! The pattern on it allows for good alignment in almost every yoga pose! We had no problem down-dogging on this mat with no slip whatsoever because it is super grippy. Even though this mat is eco-friendly, it is incredibly durable as well. With the durability comes the weight. This is a great mat for a home practice or to and from classes, but for travelling it can get a too heavy. Easy to clean, and comes with a bag for transportation and storage. We would highly recommend this mat for a home practice- but would opt for lighter options if you’re planning on jet-setting with it.
