Pros: Durable material, handle, multi-use, zippered, fairly light

Cons: not ideal if you need extra height for support

This bolster is perfect for anything related to Pranayama! Sitting on it while in Sukhasana is the perfect height to lift off the ground. We love using laying on it lengthwise down our spine to help open up the chest. The material is super durable, and the handle on the outside is great for grabbing and moving. It’s not too heavy so easy to move around during a practice. This bolster is zippered in order to remove and wash and the zipper is covered for added comfort. This can also be used for a variety of yoga poses, however many poses would definitely require a wider bolster for support. For most uses, we would highly recommend this bolster!
